Our founder, Juan Lay, is a certified internal auditor (CIA) who has extensive auditing, consulting experience in financial services, logistics services, manufacturing industries with big four accounting firms, major US Fourtune 100 companies such as Citi Group, FedEx, Alcoa, Kennametal, as well as running operations in small and midsize US companiesWith BA and MBA from U.S. university, Juan is an expert in general management, internal controls, corporate ethics, anti-corruption and anti-bribery investigations. His extensive experience in auditing financial statements, SOX compliance, operations, human resources and supply chain management enables him to accurately assess different aspects of strategic and operational risks.Lay is alumnus of LSU and HBS.
